Corporate Vice Presidents

Andrew C. Bender

Vice President – Treasurer

Drew Bender joined the Company in 2006 after holding positions with EDS (Chicago) and Honeywell (China) to become our Manager of International Treasury. After serving in positions of increasing responsibility, he was appointed Vice President – Treasurer in 2020.

Cassie Branscum

Vice President – Investor Relations

Cassie Branscum joined the Company in 2005 and has served in various finance positions in Internal Audit & Due Diligence, Operations, and Corporate Development.  In 2018, she joined Investor Relations and was appointed Vice President – Investor Relations in January 2024.

Charles P. Hutchins

Vice President – Chief Tax Officer

Chuck Hutchins joined the Company in 2006 as Staff Vice President - Domestic Taxes and was appointed Vice President - Tax in 2018. Chuck holds his BS in Accountancy from the University of Missouri, is a CPA, and worked for over 20 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers in California before joining the Company.

Rachel J. Krenz

Vice President – Internal Audit & Due Diligence

Rachel Krenz joined the Company in 2020 as Director of Finance and Global Controller for the Hydraulics Group and was appointed Vice President – Internal Audit & Due Diligence in 2024. She began her career at KPMG before spending 10 years at Pentair, where she held various finance positions of increasing responsibility. She holds a Master of Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant.

S. Scott Luton

Vice President – Corporate Secretary

Scott Luton joined the Company as an attorney in the Legal Department in 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Assistant General Counsel, Senior Securities Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Scott was promoted to Vice President – Deputy Secretary in 2023 and was appointed Vice President – Corporate Secretary in 2024.

Lindsey N. Odaffer

Vice President – Financial Support Services

Lindsey Odaffer has served the Company in various finance positions since 2005.  After spending seven years in the Vice President – Internal Audit & Due Diligence role, she was promoted to Vice President – Financial Support Services in 2024.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Darrel E. Wild

Vice President – Chief Credit Officer

Darrel Wild joined the Company in 2010 as Managing Director of Global Credit and was appointed Vice President – Chief Credit Officer in 2019. Prior to joining the Company, he held several positions of increasing responsibility with Textron Financial Corporation, including serving as Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management & Development.
