Our Approach
Ethical Supplier Practices
We strive to ensure our suppliers operate according to our high ethical standards, which include the health, safety, and welfare of their employees, coupled with the protection and preservation of the environment.
Conflict-Free and Transparent Sourcing
We are committed to increasing transparency in our supply chain and promote the responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (commonly referred to as Conflict Minerals) by our suppliers.
Compliance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Conflict Minerals Rule
Through our due diligence process and efforts to comply with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Conflict Minerals Rule, we encourage our suppliers to avoid sourcing minerals that contribute to human rights abuses or support armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring countries.
Alignment with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Our practices align with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (Third Edition), including supplements specific to each of the four minerals as applicable to our position in the supply chain.
Membership in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI)
We regularly participate in multi-stakeholder initiatives designed to improve regulatory compliance and responsible sourcing associated with Conflict Materials. We are a member of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) – a multi-stakeholder collaboration that provides its members with tools and resources to address issues associated with responsible minerals and sourcing in their supply chains.
